One of the strengths of the Streamline Funding Team is its ability to help borrowers seeking private money lending, or hard money. Organized in 2002, Streamline is widely recognized for its ability to move quickly in closing hard-to-do investment real estate loans.

Because Streamline operates as an asset-based lending program, the loans are typically short-term, interim, bridge or construction financing. Streamline acts as a conduit between Noble Capital and the real estate investment capital markets, originating a diverse array of transactions. In a relatively short time, Streamline Funding has earned a reputation as one of the region’s leading hard money lenders.
