Noble's private lenders network is nothing more than private party investors that utilize Noble Capital's expertise in originating, servicing and managing private money loans, also known as Hard Money Loans. The relationship between Noble and its private Lenders is clearly defined in the servicing agreement that is agreed to and signed by the parties.

Noble Capital serves as the loan servicer for the privately funded loans which are originated by its subsidiary Streamline Funding, a licensed Texas Mortgage Broker. Streamline Funding is Texas ' premier hard money mortgage broker and originates high quality loans that fit into stringent underwriting guidelines. These first lien trust deed notes are written for 12-18 months and generate up to a 12% interest return to participating lenders.

Noble Capital originates these loans on internal warehouse facilities and then sells the loans to private lenders. The servicing is retained by Noble Capital providing a seamless and simple interface for the Lender. While Noble is seeking Lenders with a minimum of $250,000 to lend, fractionalized interest can be bought in these notes for as little as $50,000.00 at a time.
