In order to join our Private Lender Network, our Lenders must have the capability to fund a minimum of a $50K position in one loan and $250K in one or more loans. Although not required by law, the company's policy encourages our Lenders to be "accredited investors". Our business of brokering loans, assigning loans or selling loans to our Private Lenders is exempt from securities registration under the Texas Securities Act (Article 581.5j).
